Coastal seaside charging piles & scenic monitoring: SUS316 is mandatory to resist chloride wind erosion; 3. Indoor weak current cabinets & temporary equipment: Galvanized carbon steel TP screws for cost control; 4. SUS201 is not recommended for low-cost outdoor cabinets, after-sales rust maintenance cost is much higher than material price difference.
1. Use dedicated TP pin bits only, standard torx bits cause recess cracking and slipping; 2. Apply dry anti-corrosion lubricant on threads during coastal equipment assembly to slow seawater vapor erosion; 3.
